Locke’s Dining Hall

Our main dining hall, Locke’s, is an all-you-care-to-eat, buffet-style dining hall with several different dining stations offering a variety of hot and cold options.

A two-week cycle menu is offered during the summer months, with rotating selections on stations including hot entrees, brick oven pizza, a salad and sandwich bar, dessert bar, and beverage bar.

    Rotating selections include:

    • Rosemary grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach
    • Grilled NY strip steak with roasted asparagus and bok choy
    • Pulled pork sandwich with succotash and green bean amandine

    • French fries

  • Dinner Buffet

    Rotating selections include: 

    • Herb-crusted salmon with sautéed spinach and a vegetable medley
    • Chicken parmesan with cheese lasagna and steamed broccoli
    • Calamari fra diavolo with mushroom risotto

Locke’s also features Vegan & Allergy Free Zones, which are peanut-free, tree-nut free, gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free to accommodate all guests’ dietary needs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available within the dining hall.
